HOW DOES MY FILE NEED TO BE PROVIDED?

Your artwork should be supplied at the highest resolution possible. We accept all file formats however some work better than others – if you could please save out your artwork as a 35cm x 40cm, 300dpi CMYK jpg, png, tiff or psd file. Or alternatively, a vector-based file such as an eps or ai. We will proportionately resize your artwork depending on the print area of your chosen garment.

If your artwork has a white background and we are printing on a white garment, your background colour will be removed and the white of the t-shirt will be used. However, if we are printing on a dark garment please specify if you would like the background removed. If you have the skills we would prefer if you supplied your files with a transparent background.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

We have an extremely quick turn-around time, with most of our items being complete overnight (hence the Knight Shift name) or within a few days, depending on the quantity and our workload of course. If it is not this soon, we will most definitely print and ship your garments to you within 15 business days of payment.

Standard Australia Post shipping is 7 -10 business days or we can organise a courier depending on your order size and location. If you require your order urgently, we can arrange express shipping.

Shipping fees are additional to your order. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your order.

We are based in Canberra, and can arrange pick-up/delivery for our customers nearby.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?

Yes you can, but….. we cannot guarantee how a print or embroidery will turn out on supplied garments. We do our best to get it right. If you do choose to provide your own garments, they must be new, clean and good quality for best results. If any spoilage occurs to your supplied garment, we will not proceed with printing or doing embroidery on further garments and will not replace the spoiled garment.

We prefer to print on our own supplied garments as any error in our printing process is rectified by us prior to the garments getting back to you!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Choose carefully, because each item is printed or stitched especially for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds for the wrong size or change of mind.

We carefully select each garment and are very particular about our outputs and that it is of the highest quality for our customers. If you are concerned that your product might be faulty, or need to discuss, please contact us at hello@knightshift.com.au

HOW DO I WASH MY PRINTED GARMENTS?

It is best to turn your garments inside out, and cold wash with line dry. Avoid direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to the heat. Avoid the dryer. Do not iron your garment. Avoid continuous rubbing of items on the print, such as a tool belt or handbag strap.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOPFRONT?
